I graduated from the University at Albany in New York. I received my Bachelors in Social Work in 2018 and my Master’s in Social Work in 2019.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New York. I am certified in ADHD Clinical Services as well.

I have experience working as a social worker in community and home-based settings and law enforcement settings. My background in these areas have given me a unique therapeutic lens that I bring to my work with all clients.

Outside of being a therapist, I am a mom and a wife. I love to hike, fish and read, I play piano, and I’m a Syracuse basketball fan.

My Approach

Collaborative

You are the expert on your own life. Therapy with me is a joint process; we will work together on your goals and I aim to meet you where you’re at in every session.

Compassionate

Therapy can be challenging. I will always provide you with a nonjudgmental and safe space to explore and work through emotionally difficult issues.

Curious

As a therapist, I genuinely want to understand your thoughts and experiences. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, notice what’s unsaid, and create a space where you feel heard and understood.
